Pork schnitzel with cheese sauce

  1. 400 g pork schnitzel
  2. 15 g butter
  3. 20 g chopped Parmesan
  4. 100 ml cream
  5. 1 knife tip oregano
  6. 1 knife tip pepper
  7. salt, pepper

1. Remove the pork schnitzel from the fridge approx. 30 minutes before preparation and dap dry with paper towel.

2. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level, add the pork schnitzel and roast until the turning point is reached.

3. As soon as the turning point is reached, turn over the meat, switch off the hob, and let stand for approx. 3 minutes covered with the lid. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Add butter and Parmesan to the pot, heat on the highest level.

5. As soon as the butter begins to melt, switch off the hob and add the cream. Season to taste with oregano and pepper.
