Pork fillet with plums

  1. 2 pork fillets (approx. 500 g each)
  2. salt, pepper
  3. 150 g dried plums

1. Remove the pork fillet from the fridge about 30 minutes before you intend to prepare it.

2. Dab the fillets dry with paper towel and halve them.

3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level, put in the pieces of fillet and roast, until the turning point is reached.

4. Turn pieces of fillet, season with salt and pepper and add plums. Put the lid back on, remove from heat and let rest for approx. 7 minutes.
