Pide with vegetables

  1. 1 tomatoes
  2. 50 g feta
  3. 1 spring onion
  4. 1 stalk parsley
  5. 30 g black pitted olives
  6. 2 tbs spicy pepper paste (biber salças)
  7. 1 pizza dough (round, Ø approx. 22 cm)

1. Clean and dice the tomato. Dice feta. Clean the spring onion and slice into rings. Chop the parsley leaves and cut olives into rings.

2. Place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the roasting window, place the dough base inside and brush with the pepper paste. Spread vegetables, feta and olives over top.

3. Put the pot in the inverted lid, place the Navigenio overhead, switch to high level, and bake until crispy, approx. 2 minutes. Sprinkle parsley over the pide and serve.
