One-pot pasta: Fusilli with bolognese sauce

  1. 350 g mince meat
  2. 1 onion
  3. 250 g fusilli (spiral-shaped noodles)
  4. 400 g diced tomatoes (canned)
  5. 400 ml vegetable broth
  6. salt, pepper
  7. red pepper flakes or AMC Intenso
  8. 50 g grated Parmesan

1. Remove the mince meat from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before you intend to prepare it.

2. Peel and mince the onion, then add it to the pot. Heat the pot on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level, add the meat and roast. Add the fusilli, tomatoes and stock and mix. Cover with the Secuquick softline and close.

3. Heat the pot on highest level up to the soft window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 1 minute in the soft area.

4. At the end of the cooking time place pot in the inverted lid and allow it to depressurize by itself. Remove Secuquick.

5. Stir well, season to taste with salt, pepper and chili flakes and serve sprinkled with Parmesan.

Tip

  • If desired, enhance the pasta with more vegetables (e.g. a finely diced carrot and 1 to 2 stems of finely diced celery)
