  1. 2 trouts
  2. 1 onion
  3. 50 g dates
  4. 30 g almonds
  5. 4 stalks parsley leaves
  6. 30 g rice boiled
  7. 30 g melted butter
  8. pepper
  9. ginger powder
  10. 1 ts sugar
  11. 1 ts cinnamon

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Rinse trout with cold water and pat dry.

3. Peel onion and add to Quick Cut with dates, almonds and coriander and chop. Add in the rice. Fill the trout with the mixture, put the rest around it and place in the sieve insert.

4. Fill the pot with water (approx. 120 ml) and place the combi sieve insert on top. Place EasyQuick with sealing ring 24 cm on top and place on Navigenio.

5. Set Navigenio at "A", switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 5 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until steam symbol appears.

6. At the end of the cooking time, brush the trout with melted butter. Mix pepper, ginger powder, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the trout.

7. Place Navigenio on upside down and set at high level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 5 minutes in the Audiotherm and gratinate.

8. At the end of the cooking time, serve trout sprinkled with cinnamon.

Tip

  • For this recipe you can use rice leftovers very well.
