  1. 1 stale bread roll
  2. 75 g salami
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 clove of garlic
  5. 2 twigs thyme
  6. 800 g minced meat
  7. 1 egg
  8. salt, pepper
  9. 2 ts chili pepper paste (Sambal oelek)

1. Soak bread roll in warm water.

2. Finely dice the salami. Peel and finely cut the onion and garlic. Remove the thyme leaves from the stems and chop finely.

3. Squeeze out the bread roll and tear into small pieces, knead well with the mince meat and the rest of the ingredients, create 12 meatballs from the mixture.

4. Heat the pan on highest level up to the roasting window, switch to a low level, place the meatballs in the pan and roast until turning point is reached.

5. Turn over the meatballs, cover with the lid, unscrew the Visiotherm and roast the meatballs for approx. 15 minutes until done.

Tip

  • Salami makes the meatballs very savory.
