  1. 550 g flour
  2. 1 tbs baking powder
  3. 300 ml water
  4. 1 tbs salt

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Mix all ingredients to a smooth dough and let it rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

3. Divide the dough into 6 portions and roll out thinly.

4. Heat up oPan at level 6, until the perfect roasting symbol appears

5. Set it at level 2 and put a dough in oPan.

6. After approx. 1 minute turn and finish baking. Continue with the rest of the dough.

7. Lay one flat dough on top as desired and cover with a second flat dough.

8. Roast the quesadillas on both sides for about 2 minutes.

Tip

  • For the filling, select as desired: - Cheese slices, e.g. mozzarella, parmesan, brie, gorgonzola or goat cheese - Cooked ham or raw ham, salami or bacon - Rocket salad or lettuce - Cream cheese, ricotta or créme fraîche - Pesto or olive paste - Grilled vegetables or mushrooms - Pears or figs
