  1. 150 g flour
  2. 1 pinch salt
  3. 1/2 package dry yeast
  4. 20 g powdered sugar
  5. 120 ml milk
  6. 20 g liquid butter

1. Overview of ingredients

2. Mix flour, salt, dry yeast and powdered sugar in a bowl and make a depression. Add milk and butter while stirring. Process everything into a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

3. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface approx. 1.5 cm thick and cut out circles with a cup or a glass of approx. 5 cm.

4. Cut a circle out of baking paper using a 24 cm lid.

5. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

6. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set pot in the inverted lid, place baking paper inside the pot, place dough circles on it with a little gap between them. Brush the surface with cold water.

7. Place Navigenio overhead, switch off and bake for about 5 minutes. Then switch the Navigenio to low level and bake for about 3 minutes.

8. Serve the buns preferably hot.

Tip

  • Serve with the rolls, for example, a delicious homemade jam.
  • This dish is also great to take away. Simply fill it into the AMC lunchbox and pack it in your schoolbag.
