Juicy chocolate cake

  1. 150 ml milk
  2. 150 ml hot water
  3. 1/2 cube yeast (type royal)
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 100 g melted butter
  6. 150 g unrefined brown sugar
  7. 100 g spelt flour
  8. 150 g wholemeal flour
  9. 80 g pure cocoa
  10. 150 g chopped walnuts

1. Mix milk and hot water and dissolve yeast in it. Whisk the eggs with melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Mix all ingredients to a dough. Using the 20 cm lid, cut out a circle of baking paper.

2. Place pot on stove and set at highest level. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

3. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at low level, insert baking paper and add the cake mixture.

4. Place Navigenio overhead and set it at low level. While Navigenio flashed red/blue, enter approx. 20 minutes in the Audiotherm. At the end of cooking time, switch off the stove and the Navigenio and let it bake for 5 minutes with the remaining heat. Then remove the cake and allow it to cool.
