  1. 1 clove of garlic
  2. 250 g drained chickpeas (canned)
  3. 2 tbs tahini (sesame paste)
  4. 2 tbs olive oil
  5. 1 tbs lemon juice
  6. 1 ts cumin powder
  7. 1/2 ts salt
  8. 1 ts sweet paprika powder

1. Peel the garlic and put in the Quick Cut with all ingredients and puree thoroughly by pulling strongly.

2. Put the hummus in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.

Tip

  • Hummus is best eaten with fresh flatbread.
