Grilled tumeric chicken

  1. 300 g chicken legs
  2. 1 ts dried turmeric / curcuma
  3. 1 pinch salt
  4. 1 pinch pepper white
Preparation

1. Marinate chicken legs with salt, pepper and turmeric powder for 2 hours.

Roasting

2. Place HotPan Prime on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

3. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set Navigenio to level 2 and place the chicken drumsticks into the pot. Cover with the lid.

4. Enter approx. 3 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the vegetable symbol appears.

5. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps at the end of cooking time, turn the drumsticks. Enter again approx. 3 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn until the vegetable symbol appears again.

6. At the end of cooking time switch off Navigenio and serve hot.
