Gratinated Ratatouille

  1. 1 zucchini
  2. 1 yellow zucchini
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 1 eggplant
  5. olive oil
  6. AMC Pure
  7. 20 g breadcrumbs
  8. 30 g grated parmesan
  9. 2 stalks basil

1. Clean all vegetables and cut into slices of uniform thickness.

2. Arrange vegetable slices circulary in the Softiera insert, drizzle with olive oil and season with AMC Pure.

3. Pour approx. 150 ml into the pot, place the Softiera insert with the vegetables inside and close with the EasyQuick with sealing ring 24 cm.

4. Place the pot on the Navigenio and heat on level 6 up to the steam window, switch to level 2 and cook for approx. 7 minutes in the steam area.

5. At the end of the cooking time, remove EasyQuick, take out the Softiera, pour the water out of the pot and put the Softiera insert back into the pot. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and Parmesan over vegetables.

6. Place pot on a heat resistant surface. Place the Navigenio overhead and switch to high level, gratinate for approx. 4 minutes.

7. Chop basil leaves and sprinkle over the Ratatouille.
