  1. 450 g flour
  2. salt, pepper
  3. 1 ts honey
  4. 15 g fresh yeast
  5. 320 ml water (lakewarm)

1. Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and then add the honey, stir well and add to the flour mixture.

2. Process everything into a smooth yeast dough. Cover the dough and let it rest until the volume has doubled considerably.

3. Using a 24 cm lid, cut out a circle of baking paper and place it in a pot. Form the dough into a round loaf.

4. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at "A". Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

5. Place the pot in the inverted lid. Incise the loaf, dust with a little flour and place in the pot. Place Navigenio overhead and set at low level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 22 minutes in the Audiotherm and bake.

6. At the end of cooking time, set Navigenio at high level, enter approx. 2 minutes in the Audiotherm and finish baking.

7. At the end, turn off Navigenio and leave it on the pot for another 10 minutes.
