Fish fillet with bell pepper and olive crust

  1. 600 g fish fillet (e.g., cod or hake)
  2. 50 g green olives
  3. 2 dried tomatoes (in oil)
  4. 1 orange bell pepper
  5. 1 tbs breadcrumbs
  6. 50 g cream cheese
  7. salt, pepper

1. Cut the fish fillet into four portions and place in the Softiera insert. Clean the bell pepper, finely chop with olives and tomatoes. Add the breadcrumbs and cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

2. Pour 100 ml of water into the pot and place the Softiera insert inside it. Spread the mixture on the fish and close with the EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring.

3. Place the pot on the Navigenio, heat on level 6 up to the steam window, switch to level 2 and cook for approx. 5 minutes in the steam area. Remove EasyQuick.

4. Place the Navigenio overhead and switch to high level, gratinate for approx. 4 minutes.

Tip

  • This recipe goes well with rice or bread. The cream cheese mixture doesn’t only taste good on the fish, but is also excellent as a cold spread for bread.
