Dumplings with fruit compote

Dumplings
  1. 300 g flour
  2. 1/2 package dried yeast
  3. 50 ml lukewarm milk
  4. 40 g sugar
  5. 25 g soft butter
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 8 tbs chocolate cubes
  8. butter to grease
Compote
  1. 500 g fruits, e.g. plums or apricots
  2. 100 ml juice, e.g. orange
  3. 1 stalk cinnamon
  4. 1 tbs sugar

1. Overview of ingredients

2. For the yeast dough mix flour with yeast, milk, sugar, butter and eggs to a smooth dough.

3. Cover it and let it rest for about 30 minutes at a warm place.

4. In the meantime clean the fruits and cut them in pieces. Mix in the pot with juice, cinnamon and sugar.

5. Divide the dough into eight pieces, fill each with one tablespoon chocolate cubes, cover it well and roll into a dumpling.

6. Grease the Combi sieve insert with butter and place the dumplings inside.

7. Place Combi sieve insert on top of pot and fit EasyQuick with sealing ring 24 cm.

8. Place pot on Navigenio and set at "A". Switch on Audiotherm, enter approx. 10 minutes cooking time in the Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the steam symbol appears.

9. When time is up remove the Combi sieve insert and serve the dumplings with the warm compote.
