Chocolate cake with raspberries

Base:
  1. 250 g flour
  2. 100 g sugar
  3. 3 tbs chocolate powder
  4. 2 ts baking powder
  5. 3 tbs olive oil
  6. 100 ml milk
  7. 1 egg
Curd:
  1. 300 g curd (20% fat)
  2. 300 g raspberries
  3. 2 tbs sugar
Base:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate base together.

2. Use a 24 cm lid to cut a circle out of baking paper that is approx. 2 cm larger (approx. 28 cm).

3. Place pot on Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, switch off Navigenio. Put the baking paper in the pot and put the dough on it.

5. Place Navigenio overhead and set at low level. While the Navigenio flashes red/blue, enter approx. 10 minutes in the Audiotherm and bake.

6. Then switch off the Navigenio and bake for a further 5 minutes using the residual heat.

7. Take the chocolate base out of the pot and let it cool.

Curd:

8. Mix the curd with half of the raspberries and sugar in a quick cut. Spread the raspberry curd over the cake and garnish with the remaining raspberries.
