- 300 g chickpeas
- 2 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 200 g beef goulash
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- 1 tbs olive oil
- salt, pepper
- Pul Biber
1. Soak the chickpeas in cold water overnight.
2. Peel and mince the onions. Clean and dice the tomatoes. Add all the ingredients in a pot with the drained chickpeas and season. Cover with the Secuquick softline and close the lid.
3. Heat the pot on highest Level up to the turbo window. Switch to a low level, and cook for approx. 25 minutes in the turbo area.
4. After cooking is finished, depressurize the pot and remove the Secuquick. Season the stew before serving.
