Chicken wings

  1. 8 chicken wings (cut into 2 pieces)
  2. 2 tbs flour
  3. 400 ml sunflower oil
  4. hot sauce

1. Overview of ingredients.

2. Roll wings in flour, then take them out and remove excess flour by tapping.

3. Place HotPan with the cold oil on the Navigenio and set it at level 6. Switch on Audiotherm, fit it on Visiotherm and turn it until the roasting symbol appears.

4. As soon as the Audiotherm beeps on reaching the roasting window, set at level 2 and put half of the wings in the pot. Close with the lid.

5. Remove lid and dry with kitchen paper. Repeat this procedure every time the temperature reaches 98 ºC.

6. Continue deep-frying the wings with an open lid until a golden brown colour is reached.

7. Remove wings, dry on kitchen paper and season with salt. Repeat for the other half of the wings on Navigenio level 4.

Tip

  • Garnish this dish with a good spicy sauce or season the wings with another spice if you want to try something different.
