Basic recipe for bulgur

  1. 250 g bulgur (wheat grain)
  2. 500 ml water
  3. 1/2 ts salt

1. Put bulgur in a sieve and wash under running cold water. Mix with water and salt in the pot.

2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the soft window, switch to a low level and cook with time setting “P” in the soft area. At the end of the cooking time, place the pot in the inverted lid and let it depressurize by itself.

3. Remove Secuquick, fluff bulgur and serve.

This recipe has been tested and approved by AMC.
