Artichokes with dips

  1. 3 artichokes
Yogurt dip
  1. 1/2 lime
  2. 1 clove of garlic
  3. 3 stalks parsley
  4. 150 g greek yogurt
  5. salt, pepper
Lemon and mustard dip:
  1. 1 lemon
  2. 1 tbs medium-hot mustard
  3. 4 tbs olive oil
  4. salt, pepper

1. Clean the artichokes and place in the Softiera insert. Pour 300 ml water into the pot and place the Softiera insert inside it. Close with the EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring.

2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 35 minutes in the steam area.

3. At the end of the cooking time, remove the EasyQuick and the Softiera insert and serve the artichokes with the dips.

Herb dip

4. Juice the lime, peel and mince the garlic. Chop the parsley finely. Mix all of the ingredients with the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.

Lemon and mustard dip

5. Juice the lemon and mix with the mustard and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Tip

  • After eating all of the leaves, you can cut out the artichoke heart and enjoy it too.
  • For large artichokes, we recommend using the sieve insert so that the artichokes are positioned perfectly.
  • The artichokes can also be prepared with the Secuquick softline. In this case, it takes approx. 20 minutes to cook in the soft area.
