Artichokes with dips

  1. 3 artichokes
Lemon and mustard dip
  1. 1 lemon
  2. 1 tbs medium-hot mustard
  3. 4 tbs olive oil
  4. salt, pepper
Yogurt dip
  1. 1/2 lime
  2. 1 clove of garlic
  3. 3 stalks parsley
  4. 150 g greek yogurt
  5. salt, pepper

1. Clean the artichokes and place in the Softiera insert. Pour approx. 300 ml of water into the pot and place the Softiera insert inside it. Place the EasyQuick with the 24 cm sealing ring on top.

2. Heat the pot on highest level up to the steam window, switch to a low level and cook for approx. 35 minutes in the steam area.

3. Remove the EasyQuick once the cooking time is over, remove the Softiera insert and serve the artichokes with the dips.

Herb dip

4. Juice the lime, peel and cut the garlic finely. Chop the parsley finely. Mix all of the ingredients with the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.

Lemon and mustard dip

5. Juice the lemon and mix with the mustard and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.


  • After eating all of the leaves, you can cut out the artichoke heart and enjoy it too.
  • For large artichokes, we recommend using the sieve insert so that the artichokes have optimal space.
  • The artichokes can also be prepared with the Secuquick softline. The cooking time here is about 20 minutes in the soft area.
