- 50 g walnuts
- 250 g carrots
- 150 g apple
- 200 g celery stalk
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 75 g greek yogurt
- 1 ts mustard
- 1 tbs honey
- salt, pepper
1. Chop the walnuts in the Quick Cut and remove them.
2. Peel and cut carrots into large pieces. Wash, quarter, and core the apple. Clean the celery and also cut into large pieces. Gradually chop everything finely in the Quick Cut, stir in the lemon juice.
3. Stir the yogurt with the mustard and honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Plate the salad, pour some yogurt sauce over top, and sprinkle with nuts.
